IF YOU SIGN UP TO OUR LESSON PLANS, YOU AGREE TO:

  • 1. Prepaid Lessons
    All lessons are prepaid and must be paid at the start of each billing cycle, which occurs every four (4) weeks.

    2. Scheduling and Rescheduling
    If a student cannot attend a scheduled lesson, they may reschedule it for another day within the same billing cycle, subject to instructor availability.

    3. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
    Cancellations made less than six (6) hours before the scheduled lesson time, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full.

    4. Unused Lessons
    Unused lessons do not roll over to future billing cycles and must be used within the current four-week billing period.

    5. Refund Policy
    We do not offer refunds for any purchased lessons or subscription payments.

    6. Reservation of Time Slots
    The only way to guarantee a reserved lesson time slot is by completing payment for the selected plan.

    7. Subscription Pause
    If a student is unable to attend lessons for an extended period (longer than two weeks), they may pause their subscription. The pause request must be made before the start of the next billing cycle.

    8. Subscription Cancellation
    Students may cancel their subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for lessons that have already been paid for but not used.
